Allow customers to earn and redeem Bounce Back Rewards.
Participating Brands
Bounce Back Rewards currently operates through these participating storefronts.
Participating in the program does not make every rental item eligible. Individual product eligibility is controlled from the Products page.
Default Earning Rules
Set the default reward amount used by eligible products.
Default Reward Method
Products without a custom reward value will use this program default.
When Rewards Become Available
New rewards can remain pending until the rental has been completed.
Keeping rewards pending until the rental is completed prevents customers from earning rewards on orders that are later canceled.
Qualifying Charges
Choose which parts of an eligible order can generate rewards.
Reward Redemption
Control how customers can use available rewards toward qualifying rentals.
Customers can apply available rewards toward eligible rentals.
Redemption Restrictions
Define how rewards interact with orders and other discounts.
Reward Expiration

Notify customers before available rewards expire.
If expiration is disabled, available rewards remain in the customer's account until used or manually adjusted.

Referral Qualification
Customer Notifications

Email and SMS notifications are controlled independently. SMS notifications should only be sent to customers who have provided the required messaging consent.
Administrative Controls
Protect customer balances and preserve the reward transaction history.
Program Information
Security-critical rules are enforced by the Bounce Back Rewards backend. Browser settings never determine balances, eligibility, redemption amounts or administrator identity.
Party Rental Studio
Monitor and manually run the synchronization that keeps rental activity and Bounce Back Rewards up to date.
Checking the most recent Party Rental Studio synchronization.
Recent Synchronization
The most recent automatic and manually started synchronization runs.
Administrative Users
Manage who can access the Bounce Back Rewards management portal and what level of access they have.
Management Portal Users
Users listed here can sign in to the internal Bounce Back Rewards management portal.
Access Levels
Roles determine which areas and administrative actions are available to each user.
Access restrictions are enforced by the Bounce Back Rewards backend. Hiding an administrative control in the browser does not determine whether an action is authorized.
Plugin Updates
Publish new Bounce Back Rewards WordPress plugin versions and manage previous releases.
Publish New Version
Upload your plugin ZIP and the management portal will automatically publish it using the correct WordPress update filename.
Release History
Previous plugin versions are retained in storage so an earlier release can be restored if necessary.
Publishing replaces the current WordPress update ZIP and update manifest. The original uploaded filename is ignored, so files such as "bounce-back-rewards (4).zip" do not need to be renamed before uploading.
